Wednesday: 40 minute Run
Thursday: 50 minute Run (small hills)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 70 minute Matthew's Beach Team Run
Sunday: 30 minute Run
I'm beginning to incorporate more yoga, toning exercises, and pilates into my workout. My arms are already feeling it from work, so why not? I did an ab routine tonight after the jog. Feeling good! 26.2 miles good?
Tuesday was "Recommitment" day, which basically means I was supposed to be at 25% of my funds raised and I ALLLLmost made it.
